I am always on the lookout for cute shirts that also work with my son’s personality. So when I checked out Nudge, I know Hayden would be in love.
Nudge Tees were created to help kids celebrate their accomplishments and inspire kids to do more. I know when Hayden started writing words, we celebrated the fact that he could write his name and anything else he decided to write. He would take anything from a cereal box to an ad on TV and just write. So we decided on the “I Write” t-shirt. He loves it.

I absolutely LOVE this idea! There are so many ways to reward our children as they accomplish their little goals, but this t-shirt idea is a great way for them to show off their achievements as well.
When I was asked to do this review it was like perfect timing. My 7 year old daughter Kayley just finished up her 1st grade year, but it wasn’t without a little struggle. She went from being in a small private school for 3 years (preschool – kindergarten) to a busy public school for 1st grade. She had some trouble with that. Her reading level dropped in the beginning of the school year to a low kindergarten level. But with lots of hard work and practice, Kayley finished up the year with an above average reading level; the most improvement in all the students in her classroom. So when I was asked to do this review I was really excited to see they had a shirt that said “I read”. How perfect (and cute) was that?! Kayley wears her “I read” t-shirt with loads of pride!
