Looking for something new to show off to your child?
Well, its a new series but some old friends! Disney Jr. announced that they are they are beginning production on a new animated series called “The 7D”. Still unsure of how you would know who this is? Hehehehe!
“The 7D” is The 7 Dwarfs!
The series is set to be released in 2014 and I am excited to see what they come up with. How cute would it be to sit down with your toddler and listen to them giggle while watching 7D. Anyway, the announcement was made by Nancy Kanter, who had this to say:
Our goal for Disney Junior is to engage kids with stories and characters that represent the very best of Disney storytelling. With ‘The 7D,’ we look to continue Walt Disney’s legacy of reinterpreting classic folk and fairy tales in ways that delight new audiences. We’re excited to re-imagine these familiar characters and put them in a new humorous setting that we think will entertain kids and parents alike.
Excited about it? So am I! Keep checking in with Disney Jr to make sure that you catch any updates and hopefully I’ll have some photos for to share with you later this year!
What! Oh wow, my little ones will love this. I think it genius that they’re reconnecting this generation to our classic stories, just like in Jake and the Neverland Pirates, connecting to Peter Pan. Thanks for sharing, I’m going to let my kiddos know about it now!
