Publisher disclosure

Who publishes And The Little Ones Too, and how that relationship is handled.

And The Little Ones Too is published and owned by ACTIQO.

ACTIQO builds software for families managing children’s activities. This publication covers the same problems ACTIQO works on: the time, the money, the logistics and the decisions around those activities.

What the relationship means

The publication is not independent of ACTIQO, and it does not present itself as independent. ACTIQO has a commercial interest in the subjects covered here, and ACTIQO is the publisher, not a sponsor or an advertiser.

The publication’s job is to be genuinely useful to parents, whether or not they ever use ACTIQO. ACTIQO benefits as its owner and publisher, not because every page promotes ACTIQO. ACTIQO appears in our work only where it is genuinely relevant.

How evidence is kept separate from commercial interest

A sourced fact or a research finding stands on its evidence: its source, its date and its method, shown alongside it. ACTIQO’s commercial interest does not turn a marketing claim into a research finding, and we do not present one as the other.

Where a piece mentions ACTIQO, it does so as the publisher describing its own product, not as evidence. How we label each kind of statement is set out in our editorial standards.
